Expanding A Capalaba Home

This home in Capalaba was only a few years old when the owners got in touch with us. From the start, they’d planned to extend when the timing was right and that time had finally come.
Our team worked with them to bring that plan to life, creating a practical and good-looking rear extension that suited both their lifestyle and their budget.
Together, we turned their 3-bedroom home into a roomy 4-bedroom space with over 30m² of extra internal living area.
The new layout includes a fourth bedroom, a larger living room, and a covered outdoor patio giving the family more space to relax and enjoy everyday life.

We made sure the extension felt like part of the original house.
Every material, finish, and colour was chosen to match what was already there, so the new part blends in seamlessly. You wouldn’t even know it was an add-on unless someone told you.
