One of our favourite bathroom and en-suite renovations was recently completed in Cleveland. The home was a classic low-set built in the late 1970s and it was ready for a complete transformation.
Both the main bathroom and ensuite needed a complete demolish and rebuild.
Both bathrooms contained asbestos, so a specialist removal was a key first step in the renovation process.

Our clients wanted to update both bathrooms at once, and completely change the layouts to create bathrooms that felt larger, brighter, and far more functional.
By carefully planning floorplan changes and coordinating all trades seamlessly, we completed the 2 full bathroom renovations — including asbestos removal, demolition, new layouts, and full fit-out — in just 3.5 weeks.

We loved the way that we both bathrooms are different but by bringing in the same lighting design, it ties them both in together.

This project stands out as one of our favourites: a perfect example of how smart planning, expert execution, and great collaboration with our clients can completely transform older homes into fresh, modern spaces built for today’s lifestyle.
